That may be the case but the win came from the deposit I made after I'd activated and lost the winnings made from that bonus of 150 free spins on Elvis Frog, a bonus won as a prize from a tournament.

After making my deposit the last I've made with wild tornado of $25 I won my balance of near $4000 while continuing to play Elvis Frog when you deducted just under $3500 from my balance. Without word warning or explanation stolen in the blink of an eye then denied afterward when I was forced to email as the chat function was suddenly no longer an option. At first ignored then accused of lying I reminded them of the recorded last 50 spins played in my games history tab

reflecting my true balance proving the theft At which point the story changed several times evolving to a reluctant acceptance a deposit was made without any new bonus linked yet the previous bonus stayed active on my account for my next deposit as that balance hadn't been played down to less than 5c. Their behaviour treatment and varying versions of events from the many chat operators since has been ridiculous beyond belief. The arrogant conceited attitude doing and saying whatever they want without consequence has been shameless. I've endured many questionable moments in online gaming where i've doubted the integrity and honesty of most venues ive played at. They simply have no regard for anyone other than their own greed. Fairness or conscience of right from wrong simply doesn't exist

Any corner that can be cut or payout avoided will be. They simply couldn't care a less about anything or anyone not even about being caught out . Until online casinos are held accountable for their own actions they'll continue to act without any regard to the law or decency or fair play. I received an email from the casino including evidence regarding your complaint. According to your game history and the bonus information, it really does look like your winnings originated from the bonus. The data suggests that the bonus was activated on 16.5.2022 at 19:12 and completed at 20:12. The last deposit was made at 19:53. If this is the case, I'm afraid I can't help you with this one.
