I received a lot of offer emails and I let myself be tempted to play briefly 3 deposits made and a withdrawal of €2000, on the casino I have confirmation that my withdrawal was in order but I did not receive any email and of course the service does not answer me! several mail and direct contact on the casino and nothing! really dishonest and thieves this casino

I requested the withdrawal recently on 27.02.2022 but where I doubt it is that this casino did not send me a withdrawal confirmation or even saying we were going to check your request, no email. I then found out (far too late) that another person made several withdrawal requests and that this casino no longer responds to the message .. it is already the 2nd casino that thieves my money really disappointing can not even do more trust

However, I will set the timer for additional 9 days giving the casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, we will intervene. yes I deposited 50€+50€ of bonus but I bet the conditions of the bonus without problem. while there was the bonus money I couldn't withdraw anything. The withdrawal request and impossible (this day I deposited 4X50€) and can be thousands since my registration 2019-2020 approximately


and for the bonus you have no choice it is automatically put on your account 😓😓😓

I am sorry to hear that your withdrawal has been delayed. Moreover, your account was closed, as you stated. Regarding your question - no, I do not think the casino can be forced to pay the winnings. Only the gaming authority could force it to pay if the casino is regulated by any authority.

Yes, you are right, I have no news. Since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

There is one more option how you can try to resolve your issue or speed up the process - to contact the gaming authority the casino is regulated by and submit a complaint with the authority, if the casino has a valid license.
