Hey all,


There is a 2nd free chip cashed on top of your winning balance orestios1 in violation of the terms and conditions of the casino.


As to your documents, we need a state issued ID or Passport and a utility bill no older than 3 months. We would also need a valid method of payout. I've reviewed the documents submitted and unfortunately the proofs supplied do not meet the the necessary criteria.

The 2nd bonus was activated by accident and I didn't play it. But I have to admit that the casino found a legal reason to say that I violated the terms.

I don't believe that I would take the money even if I didn't "violated" the terms.
