no, I did not use a new or different withdrawal method. I use bank transfer and have received payments via this method before. My account is fully verified and I did not change any personal information.
The last time I issued a withdrawal was on 20.04.2022 and I received it on 13.05.2022.
I tried contacting the casino via email, but I never get any response. The live support tells me to write emails and thus is of no help, sadly.
As I mentioned in my previous comment, yes, I played with a bonus, respecting the bonus terms of the casino.
