hi, on 03/07/2022 i deposit 25 euro with bonus 200%. total balance 75.

i complete wagering and i had 1500 euro.

i asked withdraw 500 on 03/05/2022.

after that my balance felt down to 750 and not 1000.

support told me that my winnings is overload, rull is 25xbns=1250.

ok with that.

on 07/07/2022 request approved, and after that i played some and i lost 50 euro , left me balance 700 euro .

i had made second requst for 700 euro, on 07/07/2022.

money still searcing the road for my bank.

Do I understand correctly that withdrawals are still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Could you please specify which exact bonus you activated when placing your last deposit?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

withdrawals are NOT still pending inside my account. withdrawals requests approved in very short time.

my account is fully verify and i had complete withdraws at the past, last at the easter period on 2022.

wild pharao has owned and operated by ProMedia N.V. who is the one that make the payments,

and also is the one that bank statement shows when make deposit.

wild pharao is something like ''mirror'' of promedia.

on 03/03/2022 sunday i deposit with bonus 200% amount 25 euro.
