Hello, unfortunately, I also have to open a complaint.
My withdrawal request was accepted on 04/29/2022.
Unfortunately, today on 05/08/22 there is still no money in my account.
My account is fully verified. I played with a bonus and have complete wanger it.
It's the 3 payouts. The mail on April 29, 2022 said that the money would reach my account in 2-3 days, which unfortunately was not the case.
My emails to payments@wildpharao.com are not answered. I can't seem to get any help in live chat.
I've only played at Wildpharaoh and I'm a bit disappointed that nobody from support can help me.

I would recommend you wait for a little bit longer. We will keep this complaint open, and if there is no development, we will intervene. Okay thanks. So far everything has actually always worked out, even if it took a little longer that's true.
I find it a bit unfortunate that my inquiries via email are not answered and makes me unsure. Unfortunately nobody can help me in the live chat regarding the payment.
