Hello, I've been playing here for a short time. I requested a withdrawal on 01/28/2025 in cryptocurrency. For withdrawal, the casino only offered me 2 methods, even though there were many options for depositing. The first method was canceled, and they said I needed to use the second method, which was an Aurora token on the BNB network. Today, the casino's support team told me the withdrawal was made, but let me clarify that I checked my Binance wallet and found nothing. I contacted customer support, and they showed me that they sent me a worthless token, essentially a scam token. I have proof, including screenshots of the conversation and a link to the transaction that you can check. The casino support team promised to resolve the issue and allegedly contacted the finance department, but then they all disappeared, and no one is responding. This is a SCAM, not a casino. Please help me; I had $260 in the account, from which I attempted a $200 withdrawal, but they replaced it with a worthless scam cryptocurrency.
здраствуйте играю тут недавно , запрсил вывод денег 28.01.2025 для меня в криптовалюте было лишь 2 метода у еих для вывода средств хотья сделать депозит очень много было возможностей,, первый метод отменили и сказали что нужно по вторуму а второй был токеном аврора в сети бнб , сегодня служба поддержки казино сказала что вывод сделан , а теперь попрошу внимательнее у меня кошелек бинанс захожу а там ничего пишу службе поддержки а они показывают что мне отправили токен пустышку так сказать скам токен все доказательства у меня есть скриншоты общения и ссылка на трвнзвкцию вы можете посмотреть , служба поддержки казино сказала что решит и отправить мне мои деньги и якобы связалась с финансовым отделом но потом они все изчезли никого нет ни кто не отвечает ,, это СКАМ а не казино пожалуйства помогите на счету было 260 долларов я сделал 200доллар вывод которые они подменили пустышком скам криптой
