I have verified my account and everything is fine with my account.


I withdrew 1000e on 11 May 2023. After this, I was in contact with customer service several times. They claim that the money should be in the bank account within 1-3 days. I have screenshots of the conversations on file. I still haven't received the money despite the promises. This casino always doesn't even bother to answer emails.

My account is verified and KYC is OK they have stated. They said that the winnings have already been paid out last week. But every time you contact customer service, you get the same answer within 1-3 banking days. They don't even bother to answer. And I don't see a payment on my bank account. I've played a lot at online casinos, and I've never had anything like this.

As an addition to the previous message, I haven't used the bonus at all while playing. You probably have to contact the MGA license holder here, so many others seem to have problems with this Casino.
