I made an instant eft deposit of R500 yet it was not credited to my account yet it went off my bank account. I have contacted support 7 times and they keep saying we will email you but it’s been 3 days and I hear nothing! I’ve sent the proof of payment as well 7 times. I use the same instant eft on other sites and it’s instant

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I have spoken to my bank and they confirmed that the payment was made and has left my account. I have sent the proof of payment that I received from my bank and sent that to the casino support desk but they refuse to check the proof of payment reference with their finance team!! They just keep saying they didn’t receive it but if they check the proof of payment with the reference number they would be able to find it and allocate it to me!!

As the deposit took place aprox. a week ago, I would definitely wait at least a week or two more for the casino to credit the money.

In such cases where the transaction is lost during the deposit, we usually advise the player to wait up to a month (depending on casino, player location, payment method).

Please let us know within a week if there's been any update.
