I have not received any help from Wazamba to repatriate the winnings. In the chat service, they do not give any reason for canceling withdrawals and do not suggest any withdrawal method for me. They just say the same thing that "the payment department's processing time for withdrawals is 1-3 business days..." In addition, Wazamba does not respond to my emails asking why withdrawals are cancelled.
