Wazamba Casino is no longer paying out my winnings but keeps canceling them. I waited a week for three of my withdrawals and yesterday and today, Wazamba canceled all of them without reason. I asked for reasons for the cancellation through their chat service, but they didn't provide any. I tried to make withdrawals to two different bank accounts, which I had previously used for deposits. I managed to make one withdrawal without issue before, but it was a small amount.
Today, I made a 500 euro withdrawal to my Skrill account. I used Google Chrome, as Wazamba instructs to do so. I'm afraid that this withdrawal will also be canceled by Wazamba without reason 🙁 I still have 606.01 euros in my account which I will attempt to withdraw later as the daily withdrawal limit is 500€.
Could you please assist me with this matter? I appreciate your help in advance! I would like my winnings to at least be transferred to my Skrill account, from which I would transfer them to my bank.
Wazamba-casino ei maksa enää voittojani vaan peruu ne jatkuvasti. Odotin viikon kolmea nostoani ja eilen ja tänään Wazamba peruutti ne kaikki ilman syytä. Kysyin syytä perumiselle heidän chat palvelusta mutta eivät kertoneet syytä. Yritin nostoja kahdelle erille pankkitilille, joilla olin tehnyt talletuksia aiemmin. Yhden noston sain mutkitta tehtyä aiemmin mutta se oli pieni summa.
Tänään tein 500 euron noston Skrill-tililleni. Käytin google chromea, koska wazamba ohjeistaa niin tekemään. Pahoin pelkään, että tämänkin noston Wazamba peruu ilman syytä 🙁 Tililleni jäi vielä 606.01 euroa joita yritän myöhemmin nostaa koska 500€ on päivittäinen nostoraja.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
Was your account verified successfully in the past?

I have not received any help from Wazamba to repatriate the winnings. In the chat service, they do not give any reason for canceling withdrawals and do not suggest any withdrawal method for me. They just say the same thing that "the payment department's processing time for withdrawals is 1-3 business days..." And then finally there has been a cancellation of the withdrawal, which hopefully won't happen now for the Skrill withdrawal.
In addition, Wazamba does not respond to my emails asking why withdrawals are cancelled. The cancellations are strange and I blame Wazamba for them because they have accepted one withdrawal of 10 euros, which was my first withdrawal. Since then they have canceled all my withdrawals (probably because I won money and didn't lose).
My account has never required confirmation.

Also, it shows that my account doesn't require verification (never has) 🙂

En ole saanut Wazambalta mitään apua voittojen kotiuttamiseksi. He eivät chat-palvelussa anna mitään syytä kotiutuksien perumisille eivätkä ehdota mitään nostotapaa minulle. He vain sanovat saman, että "maksuosaston käsittelyaika kotiutuksille on 1-3 arkipäivää…" Ja sitten lopulta on tapahtunut kotiutuksen peruminen, jota ei toivottavasti tapahdu nyt Skrill-kotiutuksen osalta.
Lisäksi Wazamba ei vastaa sähköposteihini, joissa kysyn miksi kotiutukset perutaan. Perumiset ovat outoja ja syytän niistä Wazambaa, koska he ovat hyväksyneet yhden noston 10 euroa, joka oli ensimmäinen nostoni. Sen jälkeen he ovat peruneet kaikki nostoni (todennäköisesti koska voitin rahaa enkä jäänyt häviölle).
Tilini ei ole missään vaiheessa vaatinut vahvistusta.

I also noticed that here on your site (also elsewhere) Wazamba customers have had similar problems to mine, i.e. their withdrawals have been canceled without reason and the cancellations have not been due to the customers or the banks.
So it's no longer a matter of chance. I just hope that I get the money that is due to me in my account without any further delay as I have already been dealing with this issue for 9 days with no resolution with Wazamba.
In addition, I have checked that my account information with Wazamba is in order and I have not had any bonuses valid at the time of withdrawals.

Huomasin myös, että täällä teidänkin sivustolla (myös muualla) Wazamban asiakkailla on ollut samanlaisia ongelmia kuin minulla eli heidän kotitukset on peruttu ilman syytä ja asiakkaiden tai pankkien syytä perumiset eivät ole olleet.
