hi Casino Guru i have a complaint regarding with Wazamba Casino

which is about missing or disappearing $45 bonus money.

in the beginning when I first open my account i have had no issues for 6 months no problems everything was fine i was happy with everything all was good just until recently last weekend i had used my bonus tokens to play on the crawl machine to have a chance to win free spins or bonus money which I had won two $45 money from their crawl machine by grabbing the Elephant toy which awarded me two $45 bonus money.

so from the two $45 money I only used one of them and still should have had one more left I contacted live support for help regarding this issue and I was very unhappy with the support I got so I hope by contacting you guys Casino Guru to help me send a message to their SuperVisor or Management about my issue it’s not about the $45 bonus money any more to be honest it’s about principle and the way you treat your very loyal customers which I am was and right now i don’t really care now to be honest Wazamba has just lost a loyal customer which is me they know I spend a lot of money with them so for any other Australia players like me don’t spend your money with Wazamba there’s plenty of better online casino

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? When were you supposed to get the $45 bonus money? Is there any betting history or other proof which would show that you should get the mentioned bonus money? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick how are you thank you for getting back to me Nick I have no issue or problems with my account verification and no other problems with Wazamba casino i just only wished that the customer live support or management was more helpful with me look all I’m asking is they just please look into my issue and help me as I told them I’m missing $45 bonus money and might be just a glitch or error with their system or I just wished they would look into this and help me resolve this issue apart from that I have problems with Wazamba casino everything is fine with them I just wish they were more helpful with customer support

Nick today I like to say that Wazamba casino has resolved my issue regarding my $45 bonus money they has replaced $50 bonus money into my account so yeah I’m very happy with the outcome thank you so much to you guys and the team here at Casino Guru you guys are amazing people thanks again 👍
