Hello, for 1 week I have been trying to withdraw an amount of money via 5 methods but none of them are available. They won't let me withdraw simply or via:

BITCOIN, TETHER, ASTROPAY, VISA, MASTERCARD.

I would like to have an explanation

I contacted everyday the casino via the live chat, my account is not verified but they explained me that is not a problem for verification.

I deposit yes by tether crypto wallet.

I acccumulate those winnings with real money. I talk to them every single day they explained me to return but nothing changes..

I explain to you basically, I tried each time a withdrawal by all these methods I am told that they are not available.

Then I am told astropay is available, I create a request which is rejected for technical reasons I am asked to create a request a second time I do it, and again I am told it is a technical error and to create a 3rd..

I send you all the evidence.

This site is crazy.

I just asked yesterday for a withdrawal via astropay which will surely fail like the 3 other attempts that you can see in the photo.


Regarding the withdrawal via binance payout I have just tried too, I am being redirected to a payment system by Nigerian bank while I am in Morocco...


Here is no withdrawal works via CRYPTO please help me again. And withdrawal via astropay I'll let you know tomorrow probably but withdrawals via crypto are not available it's a lie on their part.
