Hi my complaint is regarding my Vegas2web account.I was able to access my Vegas2web account few months ago.I even made a deposit.
But recently when I tried to access my account I couldn't even access their website let alone log in to my account.
Whenever I tried accessing their website so that I could log in to my account there was a page informing me that Access to this website is denied by the owner and IP banned something like that.I Never had any issue like this before.I could access my account before fine without any issue.I didn't know what to do.I couldn't even access their website I wanted to talk to someone at chat support regarding this but I couldn't do it because they banned me from even accessing their website.I couldn't even load their website on my screen so how could I have gotten support?
I had no other option but to use vpn to at least access their site so that I could chat with someone regarding my problem.Even with Vpn I couldn't access my Account but somehow I got hold of someone in chat support.I informed him regarding the issue than he told me my account was banned because of IP missmatch.How could that be possible I have been using same internet connection for last 4years.He informed me Location on my account and location on my device were different.That is ridiculous location has been same I since I registered my account I never moved so How could that be possible?
They were lying definately.So He asked me to send my documents again for reactivation of my account.I sent them my ID and Address proof documents again.After that I got an email from their support team informing to do re verification of my details on chat for my account reactivation.
Since I couldn't even open their chat support without using a vpn I had to use vpn to access the chat support.I provide all my information to the chat agent and he verified them after that he informed me my account was re activated.
So I disconnected the vpn since he told me that my account was active again.I tried to access their website without any VPN so that I could log in to my account but again I had the same page that said Access denied IP banned.The agent lied to me He never reactivated my account If he did than I should have been able to access their website without using any vpn but still I could not access their website.
So I had to chat with them again regarding that but Since they didn't reactivate me account I could not even access their chat support without the vpn so I had to use vpn again to access their chat support.I informed everything to the chat agent again and she told me that me account was my account was reactivated but they banned it again because I used vpn.I tried to make her understand that without the vpn I couldn't even chat with them regarding the issue let alone access my account.But she had no interest in helping me she kept parroting that they banned my account again because I used vpn to chat with them.
There was no other way for me to get hold of their chat support without using a vpn.Before they banned my account I was able to access their website without any VPN.I never used it Never had any intention to use it.However since they banned my account for no reason I didnt have any other option but to use a vpn so that could get hold of their chat support atleast to let them know about the issue.
They banned me for using VPN but I used it not to access my account just to access their chat service so I could talk to someone regarding the Issue.Please Help!
