The player from United States had their winnings cancelled due to a rule forbidding a redemption of multiple consecutive Free Bonuses. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I hadn't been on this site for sometime. When I logged in there was $300 still in my account under the "Real Money" column and NOT THE "Bonus Money " category. I played and got my winnings up to $1500, and after meeting all the withdrawal terms requested a withdrawal. I then continued to play and now have an additional $2700 .

After 2 weeks of waiting I am now told due to the fact I took back to back "bonus coins" without a deposit my winnings are void. I an Not allowed to withdraw ANYTHING!

In their terms it does state about back to back bonus coins. However, no one warned me or told me to read them terms concerning this while giving me the coin offers. I actually didn't request them, they were sent to me as promotions in e mails.

"No Deposit Bonuses (also known as Free Chip|, Processor, Free Spins, Free Roll/Spin, Slot Tournaments) and "No Play No Max" Bonus Rules.

* Back to back free chip between deposits may limit or void your chance of cashing-out. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, if a Player wants to redeem two free chips in a row, players will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chips. The casino reserve the right to make exceptions on the Withdrawals approvals. For further questions please contact Customer Service"


Additionally, if I understood correctly and all your winnings have been accumulated from a Free Chip solely, there would be maximum cash out of $300. Therefore, I have adjusted the disputed amount.


"Unless otherwise stated, the max cash-out for all no-deposit bonuses can’t surpass 1 times the sum value of the bonus redeemed. All free chips valued at or below $100 will have a cash-out limitation of no longer than, nor less than, $100."

Could you please advise if you have redeemed any free promotional offer from this casino previously? Ideally,  forward your cashier and bonus histories to petronela.k@casino.guru?

"You have closed my case due to non response on my end? I haven't seen any updates from you, and if i had, is was totally by mistake that i didn't respond.

These Casinos have to be held responsible for their deceptive practices. 

Please reopen this case. I deserve at least the $300 you stated. 

Like i explained, when i took the so called back to back chips, ( which btw were offered to me in emails), no one told me of the consequences, and no one told me to go to the so called "terms".

These casinos constantly delay or come up with nre excuses not to pay. They must be held accountable.

This Casino had no intention of paying. They led me on again and again telling me you'll get your withdrawal, we just need 15 business days. Then it was we need docs and you'll get your winnings. Then it was we need docs again . Finally you received 2 bonus chips. They pushed the chips in me through promotions and emails, with NO explanation of consequences if i accepted them. They didn't tell me to read the rules. They simply wanted a deposit to take my money. They must be held accountable. They are blacklisted for a reason. I would happily settle for the $300. Otherwise i will not stop in my pursuit of justice.

I don't need specific dates. The point is, if your last deposit has been placed back in December 2020 and consecutive Free Chips were redeemed afterwards, I'm sorry, but we won't be able to help you.

Let them keep ripping off people. Your organization is no better than what it can accomplish. In this case , once again, your inaction allows online sites like this to steal from consumers. You are not protecting anyone.

So it's my fault i wasn't told about the stipulations? Maybe your organization should be blacklisted. You are nit protecting anyone. I will from this instance on alert people as to your inaction and tell them to not waste their time and effort, since most likely the outcome, will be in favor if the online casinos you protect

I’m very sorry that you feel as we’re siding with the casino. Since we’re independent employees and professionals, the only thing we’re trying to do is to help each player accordingly. 


I assume since you still haven't answered my question, that your last deposit has been placed in December 2020 and later you redeemed multiple Free Chips in a row. Please understand by registering a casino account you agreed to T&Cs and even if not many people read them, you always need to follow them.


There’s an important principle that says, "ignorance of the law is no excuse". It means that you can’t defend your actions by arguing you didn’t know they were illegal or forbidden, even if you honestly did not realize you were breaking the rules. I understand your point of view but please understand mine as well. We can only help players who didn't break the rules.


Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. I really wish I were of more help. Thank you.

I will not go away. Did you read hoe many time they said YES you will be paid. Same principle. They didn"t do their homework of their own 'rules'. They told me a minimum of 3 times that once i satisfied this requirement, then another, then another, of which i did all 3, the they said oops you took free chips. They led me on until they found their loophole of a reason to fefuse to pay me what i honestly won. I will elevate this to authorities that actually want to take action against these criminals. My attorney has bern involved for some time and i already elevated it to the so called 'gaming commission', which by the way is turing out to be yet another useless organization, such as yours. Ho ahead and close my case. You have not heard the last of me. These criminals must be stopped . They have no issue taking your $

Since we still haven't received an answer if your last deposit has been placed in December 2020 and later you redeemed multiple Free Chips in a row we can only assume that this is what happened. Unfortunately, since this casino operates without a license, as you can see in our review https://casino.guru/vegas-rush-casino-review, there is no authority, where you could turn to.
