The player from Portugal is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player) on a specific slot machine. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.
Once again, I claim BTG's "Who Wants to Be Millionarie" slot, this time at this casino.
1 spins with €0.60, 2 spins with prize, the rest nothing, result 5.30€
2 spins with €0.20, result €1.50
3 times the question comes out public A90% ... I answer A ... wrong result!
Damn there is no patience, if it were 1/2/3 times I would say it's bad luck... now this is always happening...consecutively!!!
And it's always the same story, the same in all casinos....
Thanks
Rmts
Dear Ruimts17,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I hope I understood your issue correctly.
Therefore, I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance.
If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. My email address is petronela.k@casino.guru.
Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding your complaint.
Best regards,
Petronela
Dear Ruimts17,
We are extending the timer by 7 days. Please, be aware that in case you fail to provide the required information in the given time frame, we will reject your complaint.
Hi, thanks for the reply.
What I have verified, on various blogs and trying out various slots in various casinos, in most of the slots I played the RTP is quite inferior to the registered one.
Other situations that we find, for example, if you are betting under a bonus the slot RTP goes up and sometimes a lot (200% to 30%) ... when the bonus target approaches 50% the slot RTP changes abruptly (50% to 0%).
If you're playing with real balance, so far, I haven't found any slot that respects RTP.
As I decided not to play slots anymore, I consider this complaint closed.
Thanks
Thank you very much, Ruimts17, for your feedback. I would also recommend checking our article regarding Slots RTP and volatility/variance https://casino.guru/how-slot-machines-work-math#slots-rtp-volatility-variance.
However, since you have decided not to use Casino's services anymore, and we didn't receive any supporting evidence to prove your allegation, I will reject your complaint as unjustified now. Thank you very much in advance for your understanding.
I wish you the best of luck and please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any problem with online casinos in the future. We are here to help.
