Well, I won at this casino after playing there for a month or so. I was accepting bonuses and win a little lose a little. Finally, on March 10th 2022, I won over 800.00 playing with the playthrough of over 4000.00. I cleared their huge playthrough that was seemingly impossible to beat. Now here I am 30 business days out and they are placating me about my winnings after such a huge feat. I just want what I won fair and square. I beat your impossible odds now pay up you losers.

No, this is not my first one per se. The first one I attempted, I accidentally stopped it's process. At that time I did not feel like starting it over so I just used the funds to play with instead. It is actually the first withdrawal attempt that I have followed through with by not reversing my withdraw in order to use the funds to gamble with.

In regards to passing the KYC, yes from last I heard from support back on March 3rd 2022, i have copied of needed. I believe one of the reps that assisted me with completing my KYC verification was either Frank, Brittany, or maybe Layla. However I'm not sure which one.

The only relevant information other than that is that I spoke to Ivy a manager in support about it this withdraw on 04/13/2022 and I was told that my withdraw is being processed now by the finance team and that there is no specific time line for its anticipated completion.
