Played a 10 dollar no deposit chip with 35 times wager requirements.


Completed the play through and was told that since I had no deposited at the casino that my winnings were considered fun money only.


The terms and conditions state that a small deposit may be required to make any winnings withdrawable.


The support agent claimed that a deposit has to be done before the claiming of the bonus

According to the chat representative, I registered 337 days ago.


My current balance with the casino is 174, although only 100 of that would be withdrawable.


I spoke to the casino today, about this issue - the inability to withdraw the winnings after clearing the wagering amount.

I have logged back in but am unable to see or retrieve my previous messages with support.
