Everything was good untill my bank refuse to accept my 1000e crypto withdrawal, since they have new EU regulation and then it return the money automaticly to the wallet that money came from. Its been 10 days from then and i am listening just lies i dont have my money on my players konto. First they said we need 1-3 days after they said we need 10Days. Everything passed still same. They were provided with all proofs including bank statement, and also proof that they have received the return of founds on 10.10.2025. Im extrimly dissapointed.
Opened my account with Leon in late January and the account lasted around 5-6 weeks with me regularly betting NBA at the time. Was making deposits and withdrawals throughout with no problems getting paid in quick time when i would request a withdrawal.
After my account was heavily limited (Max bets were cut to around 10% from what i was betting originally) I decided to pull out all of my remaining funds. Then the enhanced verification was requested before i could do so, Which included all the standard stuff like submitting an ID and taking a selfie while holding your ID, but after all of the documents were accepted (for a 2nd time after i verified my account when opening) I was asked to participate in a live call with their security team where i was asked a various range of questions like the bets i was placing and how much i was betting.
The call lasted around 15mins and around an hour after finishing the call i received an email to tell me i passed the live call and i could then proceed with the withdrawal.
It was a bit over the top but eventually they paid out.

My experience with Leon Casino has been extremely disappointing and I strongly advise against playing there. Despite my efforts to leave a review, it was either not approved or deleted.
