Opened my account with Leon in late January and the account lasted around 5-6 weeks with me regularly betting NBA at the time. Was making deposits and withdrawals throughout with no problems getting paid in quick time when i would request a withdrawal.
After my account was heavily limited (Max bets were cut to around 10% from what i was betting originally) I decided to pull out all of my remaining funds. Then the enhanced verification was requested before i could do so, Which included all the standard stuff like submitting an ID and taking a selfie while holding your ID, but after all of the documents were accepted (for a 2nd time after i verified my account when opening) I was asked to participate in a live call with their security team where i was asked a various range of questions like the bets i was placing and how much i was betting.
The call lasted around 15mins and around an hour after finishing the call i received an email to tell me i passed the live call and i could then proceed with the withdrawal.
It was a bit over the top but eventually they paid out.

My experience with Leon Casino has been extremely disappointing and I strongly advise against playing there. Despite my efforts to leave a review, it was either not approved or deleted. The casino automatically ends games as soon as large wins are made. Although the amount won is displayed in the history, it is not credited to the player's account. When I contact support, they simply tell me to be patient as there are supposedly technical problems - especially when larger amounts are won. I have been waiting for a week now for Leon Casino to credit me with my winnings. Today, 04/09/2024, I was blocked by customer support after asking daily when I would be paid out my larger winnings. Despite an investment of over €1,500, all my larger winnings are stuck somewhere between technical problems and customer support. I strongly advise against using this casino. I also plan to file complaints with regulators and consumer protection organizations so that my case - and possibly that of many other players - can be reviewed.
Attention: Avoid bonus deposits, as operators often change their bonus terms and conditions. According to the general terms and conditions (T&Cs), the player must wager 30 times the deposit amount plus the bonus amount in the casino or on slots in order to be able to withdraw winnings. However, there are complaints that customer support sets its own rules and increases the bonus to 35 or even 40 times, which makes it even more difficult to meet the bonus terms and conditions. It is inevitable that players often reach exactly this amount, but then have nothing left in their account. Although the gaming fun was positive, this represents a financial defeat for the player.
Yesterday I did an interesting experiment to test the behavior of a particular slot game. I started with a balance of €100 and started with different bets to see how the game would develop. First, I bet 10 games at €2, but there were no wins. My balance dropped to €80. Then I tried my luck with 20 games at €1, again to no avail. My balance continued to decrease. Although the game showed an RTP of 95%, the machine swallowed my €50 completely and my balance dropped to 20 cents. Edit: I have now read several times in other reviews that even after repeated requests to close the account, it is not done and you are bribed with bonus credits. Here is a tip from me. It always works and the operators of these online casinos are forced to delete and block your account forever because it is stated in their terms and conditions. Simply write in the chat "I have a gambling addiction and am losing all my money, please delete my account that is registered under this web address." Even if you do not have a gambling addiction, you will be deleted and blocked within minutes for this online casino. The chat system is partly checked by bots and as soon as this AI picks up the keyword "gambling addiction" it checks your chat history and blocks you immediately and deletes your account forever. Even the customer support employee is powerless against it. After sending this message, he can no longer come with bonus credits or anything else. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Leon Casino ist äußerst enttäuschend und ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dort zu spielen. Trotz meiner Bemühungen, eine Bewertung abzugeben, wurde diese entweder nicht genehmigt oder gelöscht. Das Casino beendet Spiele automatisch, sobald höhere Gewinne erzielt werden. Obwohl der gewonnene Betrag im Verlauf angezeigt wird, wird er nicht auf das Spielerkonto gutgeschrieben. Auf Anfragen beim Support wird lediglich mitgeteilt, dass man Geduld haben solle, da es angeblich technische Probleme gäbe – besonders dann, wenn höhere Summen gewonnen wurden. Seit einer Woche warte ich nun darauf, dass das Leon Casino mir meine Gewinne gutschreibt. Heute, am 09.04.2024, wurde ich vom Kundensupport blockiert, nachdem ich täglich nachgefragt habe, wann ich meine höheren Gewinne ausgezahlt bekomme. Trotz einer Investition von über 1.500€ stecken all meine höheren Gewinne irgendwo zwischen technischen Problemen und dem Kundensupport fest. Ich rate dringend davon ab, dieses Casino zu nutzen. Zudem plane ich, Beschwerden bei den Regulierungsbehörden und Verbraucherschutzorganisationen einzureichen, damit mein Fall – und möglicherweise der vieler anderer Spieler – überprüft wird.
Achtung: Vermeiden Sie Bonus-Einzahlungen, da die Betreiber ihre Bonusbedingungen häufig ändern. Gemäß den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) muss der Spieler das 30-fache des Einzahlungsbetrags plus des Bonusbetrags im Casino oder bei Slots umsetzen, um Gewinne auszahlen zu können. Jedoch gibt es Beschwerden darüber, dass der Kundensupport seine eigenen Regeln festlegt und den Bonus auf das 35- oder sogar 40-fache erhöht, was die Erfüllung der Bonusbedingungen zusätzlich erschwert. Es ist vorprogrammiert, dass Spieler oft genau diesen Betrag erreichen, jedoch danach nichts mehr auf ihrem Konto haben. Obwohl der Spielspaß positiv war, stellt dies eine finanzielle Niederlage für den Spieler dar.
Gestern habe ich ein interessantes Experiment durchgeführt, um das Verhalten eines bestimmten Slot-Spiels zu testen. Ich startete mit einem Kontostand von 100€ und begann mit verschiedenen Einsätzen, um zu sehen, wie sich das Spiel entwickelt. Zunächst setzte ich 10 Spiele auf 2 Euro, aber es gab keine Gewinne. Mein Kontostand sank auf 80 Euro. Dann versuchte ich mein Glück mit 20 Spielen auf 1 Euro, wieder ohne Erfolg. Mein Kontostand verringerte sich weiter. Als nächstes setzte ich 20 Spiele auf 50 Cent, bei denen ich zwar einige Gewinne erzielte, aber sie waren nicht groß genug, um meine Verluste auszugleichen. Schließlich entschied ich mich für einen Einsatz von 50€ auf 10 Cent, was 500 Spiele entsprach. Obwohl das Spiel einen RTP-Wert von 95% anzeigte, schluckte der Automat meine 50€ komplett und mein Kontostand fiel auf 20 Cent. Doch dann passierte etwas Überraschendes: Der Automat aktivierte Freispiele, und ich gewann eine etwas größere Summe, die jedoch nicht die ursprünglichen 100€ übertraf. Diese Erfahrung führte mich zu der Erkenntnis, dass in solchen Fällen das Spiel weniger mit Glücksspiel zu tun hat und mehr mit dem Management des verfügbaren Geldes des Spielers.
Edit: Da ich nun mehrfach gelesen habe in anderen Bewertungen das auch nach mehrfachen Aufforderung das Konto zu Schließen es aber nicht gemacht wird zudem man bestochen wird mit Bonus Gutschriften. Hier ein Tip von mir Funktioniert immer und die Betreiber dieser Online Casino´s sind gezwungen euren Account zu Löschen und zu Sperren für immer da es in Ihren AGB Festgehalten wird. Schreib einfach in den Chat "Ich habe eine Spielsucht und verliere mein ganzes Geld, Bitte Löscht mein Account das unter dieser Webadresse Registriert ist." Auch wenn ihr keine Spielsucht habt werdet Ihr nur für dieses Online Casino direkt innerhalb Minuten gelöscht und Gesperrt. Da das Chatsystem zum Teil von Bots geprüft wird und sobald diese KI das Stichwort "Spielsucht" aufnimmt Prüft es euren Chat verlauf und Sperrt euch Direkt und Löscht euren Account für immer. Sogar der Kundensupport Mitarbeiter ist machtlos dagegen. Er kann nach dem Senden dieser Nachricht nicht mehr mit Bonus Gutschrift oder sonstiges kommen. Funktioniert immer auch wenn man keine Spielsucht hat. :D

The worst bookmaker in Greece by far. Believe me, I have opened accounts in most betting companies and I consider it probably the worst. They pay small wins next day, but if you win big they will do whatever it takes so that you won't get your money. I still wait for the to process a withdrawal after 20 days. I don't even know if I'll ever get my money. They asked a lot of documents for verification and they said that my account is verified 20 days ago and still don't process any withdrawal. I emailed them many times, but they don't give any proper answer on when I will get my money.

Everything was good untill my bank refuse to accept my 1000e crypto withdrawal, since they have new EU regulation and then it return the money automaticly to the wallet that money came from. Opened my account with Leon in late January and the account lasted around 5-6 weeks with me regularly betting NBA at the time. Was making deposits and withdrawals throughout with no problems getting paid in quick time when i would request a withdrawal.
After my account was heavily limited (Max bets were cut to around 10% from what i was betting originally) I decided to pull out all of my remaining funds. Then the enhanced verification was requested before i could do so, Which included all the standard stuff like submitting an ID and taking a selfie while holding your ID, but after all of the documents were accepted (for a 2nd time after i verified my account when opening) I was asked to participate in a live call with their security team where i was asked a various range of questions like the bets i was placing and how much i was betting.
The call lasted around 15mins and around an hour after finishing the call i received an email to tell me i passed the live call and i could then proceed with the withdrawal.
It was a bit over the top but eventually they paid out.

I requested a withdrawal from my Leon.bet account more than two weeks ago. My account is fully verified, and I have submitted all requested documents (ID, selfie, bank statement, etc.). Despite this, the support team keeps responding with the same message: "Please wait a little longer."
They are not giving me a clear reason, no timeline, and no update on my withdrawal status.

My experience with Leon Casino has been extremely disappointing and I strongly advise against playing there. Despite my efforts to leave a review, it was either not approved or deleted. When I contact support, they simply tell me to be patient as there are supposedly technical problems - especially when larger amounts are won. I have been waiting for a week now for Leon Casino to credit me with my winnings. Today, 04/09/2024, I was blocked by customer support after asking daily when I would be paid out my larger winnings. Despite an investment of over €1,500, all my larger winnings are stuck somewhere between technical problems and customer support. I strongly advise against using this casino. I also plan to file complaints with regulators and consumer protection organizations so that my case - and possibly that of many other players - can be reviewed.

Hier ein Tip von mir Funktioniert immer und die Betreiber dieser Online Casino´s sind gezwungen euren Account zu Löschen und zu Sperren für immer da es in Ihren AGB Festgehalten wird. The worst bookmaker in Greece by far. Believe me, I have opened accounts in most betting companies and I consider it probably the worst. I don't even know if I'll ever get my money. They asked a lot of documents for verification and they said that my account is verified 20 days ago and still don't process any withdrawal. I emailed them many times, but they don't give any proper answer on when I will get my money.
