The player from Sweden had several successful withdrawals at This Is Vegas Casino, however, one withdrawal that had been requested over a month ago remained unprocessed. The player's account had been verified a few months ago and previous payments had been received weekly. The withdrawal had been placed after a deposit, without any bonuses. After we intervened and invited the casino to join the conversation, the player reported having received the money. The issue had been successfully resolved.

Played at Thisisvegas and had several withdrawals , some of them already completed.(casino representative helped a little)

But one withdrawal was still not processed (even though its date - already over a month ). It would be great to remind the casino rep about this if possible

  • Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is really a long time.

Previous payments came every week , now it is delayed for some reason
