The player from the United States requested a withdrawal of $500. After almost two weeks, his withdrawal was erased and replaced with a sum of $100. The player did not answer our questions, so we had to reject the complaint.

As soon as I logged in, one of their agents got me into depositing $50 for a massive payout, as I did using Bitcoin, i won $500 and asked for a withdraw. They verified my documents and said it'll take up to 12 days. Well it's been well over 12 days and they stole my money!!! They erased my original $500 Bitcoin withdrawal and put one for $100 and the whole 12 days start today!! Customer service acts stupid all the time not knowing anything that is going on. They tell me the financial dept will email me which they never did!! This casino is a total SCAM!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! STAY AWAY!!!

Yes, I did pass verification and passed the requirements for the payed bonus(not free). I deposited the $50 with the agent stating wining are 10x the deposit. I well played over the wagering requirements as well as others. Got an email stating $100 is the max cash out for a free bonus....what?! Is this a joke?! I told them I have screenshots and even on their time line it shows when I made the deposit and how it lead up to me winning the 500 till withdrawal. I'll submit the screenshots once I get to my home computer.
