The player from Australia had experienced issues with withdrawing his winnings. After successfully verifying his account, multiple withdrawal attempts via credit card had resulted in technical errors. He also had a withdrawal via bank transfer pending for 5 days with various reasons given for the delay. We had advised the player to wait for 14 days for the withdrawal to process fully. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal had been approved and was waiting for the bank to process it. After a few more days, the player confirmed receipt of his winnings. Following this, we had closed the complaint as 'resolved'.

Hey I have won $4000 and first I had to verify my account which took along time to do because they asked for documents and when I sent in the documents they said it wasn’t write but after about 50cent more try’s it got verified now I’m in the middle of my withdrawal process first second and third attempt didn’t work because of some technical error and that was with the withdrawal method credit card which says 1-3 days and every time it said technical error now I’m trying bank transfer which said 3-10 days but it’s been 7 days and my withdrawal is still pending at first they said it’s normal the. They said because so many people trying to withdraw it’s back logged now they are saying because the 3 attempts before failed they are investigating that is three different excuses in a couple of days

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Okay I will wait the 14 days but even when you speak to the live chat it seems like it’s all computerised and not a real person talking sometimes and there excuses they have a different one everyday but I’m preying I get my earned winnings

So I just spoke to the live chat and they said it’s not pending anymore on there end it’s upto the bank now to approve my withdrawal they said 3-5 days for the bank to approve it I didn’t think the bank could approve or not approve a withdrawal
