Hi would like some advice I recently started playing with this casino I’ve made deposits no problem then I won made a withdrawal it was fine as they aim to process in 11hours got the payout but I won a big amount and now seems like there reluctant to pay me as I withdrew the amount and it hasn’t even gone through processing sent a email and online chat but they don’t reply I’ve checked the online reviews and they our not very good with paying out

Thank u very much just frustrating as u get no communication with the online casino I got a email saying account verified plus I’ve made a withdrawal recently and that was cleared and in my bank just over 24hours but yes il give it time and see what the next few days bring
Also they have not contacted me for further identification so I’m guessing that my verification is all good and set up
