Received an email for a deposit bonus and two day withdrawals on any winnings when depositing through bitcoin. Sounded good, won a jackpot and cleared the play through. Made a withdrawal request and after submitting all required documentation was approved (it was actually quite easy). Now I’m being given all kinds of run around that the bitcoin coin processors are down (over a week). I requested a wire transfer but my bank isn’t good with them. Requested a check, same story. I was then told, and this is where it gets real shady, to open a new bank account with a bank they prefer or have a "friend" accept the funds for me. Really? This is beyond a red flag for me. It’s a carnival of red flags.


I was hesitant to post this but I’m sure I’ll never see this money despite being a depositing player. They have been communicating with me but it’s going off the rails now. Just want to warn anyone who was thinking of playing here.

Yes. This was my first time trying to withdraw. The basic required documents were sent and verified and I sent my bitcoin address as well. I’ll send the rest via your email address.

Based on the screenshots your provided, I noticed that the withdrawal request was made aprox. a week ago. We already recommend to every player to wait at least 14 days after finishing the verification for the payout to arrive. I would wait at least until the end of next week for it to be processed.

If there would be no update until then, we will definitely intervene. Keep us updated.

Today is the 10th business day since my withdrawal was approved and all I have is about 5 different stories from different people there about why it’s taking so long. So there’s that.

Today is business day 20 of my 2 day Bitcoin withdrawal being approved and there have been no changes and the casino is still claiming all of their processors are down.

Business day 22 and no progress. I’m not willing to open a new account and immediate accept a foreign wire transfer so I have no options but To wait on their lies. That’s higher red flag. Same sorry emails but no resolutions. Took all the fun out of winning and I’ll never see a penny of this money. file
