Having read reviews of slow payouts,, was wary,, but received email stating bitcoin withdrawals 'often paid within 48 hours'. Deposited bitcoin with bonus on Aug 15. Got lucky and hit jackpot, satisfying RO requirements. Payout Request of $499 bitcoin submitted August 15, approved August 18 in two separate amounts; $400 & $99. August 21 reached out to customer service via chat, informed of 7-10 business day time frame- which began from approval, not Request. Have reached out via chat and email several times. Latest emails bouncing back. Am very civil and courteous each time. Continue to receive promo emails, including ones encouraging bitcoin withdrawals.

fileHi, money was won and requested after bonus deposit rollover requirements were met. My account is verified, as to the date, I'm not sure, though it must have been before my withdrawal request.

Hi Natalia, and thank you for your time. I hope this day finds you well.

I have asked about verification and taken recommended steps to also send the btc address to banking, all accepted, and approved. By rote the info I've received regarding the delay has been the '7-10' business day time frame, even long past the time frame. Except for the last communication, 9/12, that is, when the chat support representative 'escalated' the case.

Since then, crickets-except for unrelated emails, of course. Please reach out should you need anything more. Thank you again,
