I would like to file a complaint regarding a deposit I made to an online casino RtBet using the Neteller payment system. Although the payment was successfully processed from my Neteller account, the funds have not been credited to my account at the mentioned online casino, nor have I received any information regarding the status of the deposit.

It wasn’t my first deposit, and after €50 didn’t go through, further deposits were successful until another €200 failed to process.
