Found initially in account verification, the delay escalated when the casino claimed an error due to the Blockchain going down, reinstated the withdrawal request and mentioned an additional review time. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I requested a withdrawal at the beginning of July at first it was delayed because they said they did not receive my verification. I sent them proof that I had sent it several times and after nearly a week they agreed that I had sent it. Then they put my withdrawal in pending status. I kept in touch every other day asking about the payout. Then on July 26th, about the time I should have received my payout they said there was an error on their part when the Blockchain went down. I was asked to request withdrawal again and that it would be expedited. This has not happened. They said after contacting them two days in a row that it has to go through review again and that it would be a total of 7-10 days to review and another 7-10 after approved to be sent plus the transfer time which was not communicated to me. They have a different answer everyday. I contact them daily now because I fear I will not get my funds.

Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
