This all started on august 28th when I got free spins bonus and completed the free

spins playthur requirements . And was able to withdraw to bitcoin .. the funds were in the withdraw section . So I choose to withdraw from bitcoin option amd I wait .. about a week goes by and I don’t hear a word from the casino . So finally I get in touch with them to find out what’s the issue because I logged into the site and it said withdraw was declined and said funds were back in the balance . The casino told me I still had a playthur to finish even though I already completed it .. so I get back online with them and finish the requirements off .. which I did verify before I went to withdraw again A . They said I was good to go and it would be 7-10 business days . So once my withdraw got approved they told me it would be an additional 7-10 business days to get the banking depts approval to send ..today is 9/26/2023 .. only communication they have is email . They do respond to me everyday because i email them everyday but all they keep on saying is they have escalated my case in as soon as they get information on payment they will email me and let me know immediately . The withdraw amount is $100 owed . Please help
