On March 19th 2022 I won in total approximately $17k and had won smaller amounts prior to this in previous year. With that in mind the only thing that annoyed me about Sunrise Slots was the long tedious wait for the payouts usually about 3months 😡. This time given the amount ( aprox 17k) and it was made up of five separate withdrawals on March the 19th. I then became an unVIP and couldn't even talk to live chat only via email and not allowed any more deposit bonuses. This was the same behavour I was given at Posh Casino as well. Anyway finally they started paying the withdrawals individually as per each withdrawal transaction after about 3and a half months in the waiting and still to this day waiting on the final and fifth withdrawal from the 19th March of $1000 USD to be paid and keep being told that the payment has been sent third party payers but there's a delay they are experiencing at present but same thing has always been said to me and now if I sign into my account I see no transaction history it's empty of any transaction evidence. I'm so angry with them as they shouldn't go into business of LUCK if they can't stand by their customers good fortune as that's their business

Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay? Which payment method you have opted for, please?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six months is an unusually long time.

Hello thankyou for helping me. The amount is the final payment of wing from March 19th and has been approved but not yet paid. When I go online and check my transactions now there is no transactions visible at all and cannot chat via their chat service either and only email communications and they give me the same response every time that their third party processors are experiencing delays and they will inform me when they have confirmed to them it's being paid. It's shocking it's been over six months now.
