The player from Connecticut had submitted a withdrawal request two months prior for $500. The casino had deducted $260 without providing a reason and had not sent the remaining $236 despite assurances during multiple chats. The player's account had been verified in September 2023. Upon our intervention, the casino had claimed that there was a delay with the 3rd party payment provider. The casino later confirmed that the payment had been made on December 11th and should have arrived shortly. However, the player had failed to respond to our messages to confirm receipt of the payment, leading us to reject the complaint due to lack of further information.

I won 500.00, that was after playthrough amount was met, they took 260.00 of it, dont even know why, they cant give me an answer.. its been 2 months and did not recieve the remaining 236.00.

I go in chat and they say we will expidit it and you will have in 48 hours, They have told me this at least 4 times now..

Not sure what i can do..

Hello

Yes my account was fully verified in sept 2023.

I have conntacted them many many times and their response is they will expidite it,

I have heard that no less than 12 times now. attached is winning info.

you will see a charge that says Managers withdrawl approved for 268.00

won 500.00 and they took 268.00 out on me, playthrough was met, so i have no idea what that was for, that left me 232.00 which they said it was approved, but i never got it..
