I won 5000 from Sunrise slots. The first withdraw for 2500 went smooth. I did Bitcoin withdraw and it went through in 10 business days. The second withdraw has just been the run around. I got approved for 2000 Bitcoin withdraw on the 7th of February. Today is March 1st and I'm still getting the runaround. They tell me there behind and they will email me when they send it. Then I've been told twice that there escalating my withdraw so I should have it in 48 hrs but both times nothing. Please help me get my withdraw

Yes my Bitcoin withdraw was approved on February 7th. They told me 7 to 10 business days and I accumulated my winnings without an active bonus. On the 11th business day I called them and they said they were backed up on withdraws and they would escalate my withdraw and to check back within 48 hrs and nothing. I called them again and they said there going to escalate it again and still nothing.
My first bitcoin withdraw was approved on January 24th for withdraw and was released with in four days. This Bitcoin withdraw was approved on February 7th and I'm still waiting
