The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal of her tournament winnings more than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. After more waiting, funds have been received.
I won $1000 tournament , wothdrawled $900 on 2/1/23, it was approved for payment on 2/2/23 they said 7-10 business days from there I would get my bitcoin deposit…. Still nothing and I get a different excuse everytime I call/chat or email…. I’m so fed up and stressed about it
i wish I didn’t win now… please help me

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it was your first withdrawal in this casino? Was the tournament organized by the casino or the game provider? It may be that the payouts need to be checked and approved by the game provider first if it wasn't an in-house tournament.
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Thank you for responding. The tournament was a sunrise slots tournament in which I won first place on 2-1-23, for $1000. I asked for withdrawl of $900 on 2/1/23 and was approved by sunrise slots on 2/2/23, in which they promised 7-10 business days and I would be paid by bitcoin. Like I said no such luck and it just keeps getting delayed everyday a different excuse and run around and no one
can help me or tell me why. Thank

Hold your horses; I got paid today !!!! Thank you it seems as soon as you contacted them they decided to pay…. Crazy to take a month but whatever…. Just don’t expect fast pay from them, but they did pay today so thank you casino guru!!!!
