After submitting this complaint, the casino contacted the player and asked them to confirm the details of their crypto wallet. Shortly after, the payment was received and the matter was resolved.

Ive been approved for 3 months for withdrawl, I call werkly, only to be told that I will be paid soon! seems like theres allways an excuse. can you help me?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for nearly three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I talked to sunrise yesterday, said they are still waiting for the payment processor to pay me, it's going on 4 months now! Still no idea when ill be paid.

Well, I finally got paid. I called yesterday , they asked for my crypto wallet to update, since it had been almost 4 months since winning. An hour later I was paid! I don’t know why it took so long, but thank you for your help in this matter. They did take $40 to process my bitcoin withdrawl, when i thought there was no fee??
