  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost one month is an unusually long time.

No everything is approved they even had the nerve to lie to me saying it was sent then I go back to ask what time it was sent and his supervisor tries covering for his ass saying he was confused then giving me the run around with the same copy and paste answers they give everyone don't spend money here it's a scam trap all the above

They said due to a high number of requests and winnings is why is taking so long but that has nothing to do with me hire more people or smarter people is really not that hard
