The player from the United States had his winnings cancelled due to a rule forbidding a redemption of multiple consecutive Free Bonuses. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Met all the terms and conditions, wagered the play through amount, and verified documents.
Just sent an email saying I was issued multiple free chips. Not true.
Stay away from this scam of a casino.

Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus."
