I have had my account with them for over a year now. I typically play slots and had no active bonus during this game play when I won the amount I wished to withdraw. I have completed the account verification and submitted the withdraw request to be via bitcoin wallet which typically should have been very fast.

I have reviewed the situation and I can see that account confirmation was completed yesterday December 12th at 8:32pm EST and all the necessary confirming documents are in order aside from a method of withdrawal.


Unfortunately I also see that previous in the day on the 12th the winning balance was played down significantly and now sits at $26.16, below the minimum withdrawable amount for the casino. Fortunes have been won on far less so I wish you luck on your remaining balance GotJinxed.


I would highly recommend going to our service department and having them assist you in getting a valid method of withdrawal on file, having your confirming documentation and method of withdrawal already on file greatly decreases withdrawal times and makes this process far less stressful.

I logged into my account to withdraw and saw my balance has gone from $800 to $26 while I was supposed to have been in practice mode. I also noticed that the history log showed the majority of the play occurred while I was sleeping. Seems rather odd that I’d have problems withdrawing and then once everything clears suddenly all of my winnings are gone. Something is going on here and someone depleted my account to prevent me from withdrawing anything. This is robbery!
