The player from Alberta is struggling to withdraw a $100 winning from Sunrise Slots because the casino insists on using crypto transactions, which comes with risks according to the player. They desire a bank transfer option, which is stated as available in the casino's FAQs. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money from the casino.

Sunrise slots won't let me withdraw my $100 winnings without opening a crypto wallet and depositing $10 in my crypto wallet and transferring it to them to confirm a crypto account. I am not putting my money into crypto as there is risk associated with that. They will not give me any other withdrawal options such as bank transfer, even though it is listed as a withdrawal option in their FAQs. I have already done playthrough, verified my identity, there is nothing in their terms of service that I have violated and I do not want crypto, I want ban transfer and with all the complaints of Sunrise not paying out, I am not giving them any of my money and risking my funds I do have in crypto when there is an option to send me a bank transfer.

Hello mmbrre,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Sunrise Slots Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if a payment method is listed, it doesn't mean it is available for every single player as it mostly depends on country of residence. If the casino offers you crypto withdrawal only, you will have to use that method.

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hi,

I used a bonus to try out the casino before putting money into it. I play a ton of casinos, but I was unsure about sunrise slots. I sent all my verification info, last week I believe and now have the option to withdraw. I am so confused because every casino I have used has bank transfer as an option (except Yabby Casino, but does not require to send $10 of crypto to payout). Last reply I got was that was my only option. I recently saw reviews on Sunrise Slots and though I am willing to send the $10 crypto (I get that’s the only option), I doubt they will pay out. Since it is a bonus, maybe it is not even worth it. I spend a ton on casinos and it would have been nice to get the $100 as it took me a ton of time to win it and do the playthrough, but in our last conversation, they stopped answering me when I asked if they would even pay out if I sent the crypto. I wanted to withdraw so my account was back at zero and I could actually start depositing and playing and this was a trial to see if it was a casino worth playing at, but if they won’t even pay a bonus and I lose $10, why would I put a ton of my own money into them? If anything, Casino Guru gave me pause and maybe I should just leave the whole thing. I will try the $10 bitcoin as I do, now, have a verified bitcoin wallet and see if I lose the $10 or not. I guess losing a bonus and $10 isn’t the end of the world, I just don’t know why they only allow crypto and was frustrated with that, but I am willing to try it later today after work and see if they pay out.

I have sent the $10 crypto to confirm my account and withdraw. They say I will get paid, so the case is closed for now.

It is 17 days for the crypto withdrawal according to customer service and then extra time for delivery depending on the withdrawal type?
