Despite approval on April 8, the casino had cited their use of third-party vendors and varying processing times as reasons for the delay. After the player's complaint, we had extended the complaint resolution timer by 7 days. The player had confirmed receiving his payment 40 days after the withdrawal approval. Consequently, we had closed the complaint as 'resolved'.

The worst casino I've come across to date. I made a withdrawal after finish wagering their welcome no deposit bonus. I've submitted all the documents including my citizenship certification. Idk why they needed that even after my drivers license. I've deposited 10 dollars ltc. Requested withdrawal on mar 28, approved April 8th, another 10 days to send to their "3rd party bandor" and then they can't even give me a time frame anymore... But keeps repeating the same thing...

Mind you all of these for a Bitcoin withdrawal of $100. After 36 days of inconsistent communication. Then can't even give me a time frame anymore. I play on other casinos be it sweepstakes or crypto. 1-2 days are standards.

  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is an unusually long time.
