The player from Australia has tried to redeem a bonus without being successful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Stay casino emailed me a promo for a 65% bonus with a promo code. The promo didn't have an expiry date. I uses the promo code the next day with my deposit and I got an automated message pop up saying the promo code has been successfully added. So I continued and deposited my funds and stay casino haven't and won't add the bonus to my account. So they seem to send people promotional offers to lure them in and then don't honour their promises or obligations.
