The casino just won't pay out and keeps asking me for new documents. I deposited with 3 different credit cards and from 2 different checking accounts. The casino does not make payments to the Santander Bank. Also not to the credit cards. They then asked for documents from the current account, which I have already submitted. I deposited a total of around 1200 euros and now have a payout of 504 euros. So that my loss is not so high I just don't get that yet...
