The player struggles to withdraw his balance due ongoing verification. The complaint was resolved as the player got verified.
The casino just won't pay out and keeps asking me for new documents. I deposited with 3 different credit cards and from 2 different checking accounts. The casino does not make payments to the Santander Bank. Also not to the credit cards. They then asked for documents from the current account, which I have already submitted. I deposited a total of around 1200 euros and now have a payout of 504 euros. So that my loss is not so high I just don't get that yet...
Das Casino zahlt einfach nicht aus und möchte ständig neue Unterlagen von mir. Eingezahlt habe ich mit 3 verschiedenen Kreditkarten und von 2 verschiedenen Girokonten.Auszahlen an die Santander Bank macht das Casino nicht. Ebenso nicht an die Kreditkarten. Daraufhin haben sie Unterlagen vom Girokonto gefordert welche ich auch schon eingereicht habe. Insgesamt habe ich ca 1200 Euro Eingezahlt und dem steht jetzt eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 504 Euro gegenüber. Damit mein Verlust nicht so hoch ist Das bekomme ich nur noch nicht...
