Case summary

The player from India had their Stake.com account suspended on June 20, locking $1,924 in funds. Despite submitting all required verification documents, including multiple address proofs, the casino repeatedly rejected the submissions and eventually permanently disabled the account, freezing the funds. The support team was non-responsive. We were unable to investigate further due to the player's lack of response to our inquiries, leading to the rejection of the complaint.

On June 20, Stake.com suspended my account with my $1,924 funds, effectively locking my hard-earned money and blocking withdrawals.

They demanded ID documents with a selfie, utility bills, and income source documents for verification.

I sent them all the required documents: ID with a selfie, utility bills, and income source documents.

My ID and selfie were verified without any issues.

The problem started at level 3 verification when they began rejecting all my address documents.

I submitted multiple address documents, including:

  - Electricity bill

  - Water bill

  - Employer letter

  - Tax documents

  - Gas bill

They rejected each of these documents one by one, seemingly deliberately, as if they just wanted to scam me out of my $1,924.

This ordeal and mental harassment continued until July 15.

On July 15, when I tried to log in to my account, I received a message stating that my Stake.com account had been permanently disabled and my funds were frozen.

Stake.com has Successfully scammed me out of my $1,924.

Their support team is not responding, and the account management team account team who did this is also not replying.

I am frustrated and stressed out because they have stolen my hard-earned money after harassing me for a month.

My only suggestion is to stay away from Stake.com if you value your money, as they can scam your deposits at any time.

Dear Manisha,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.

  • Could you please advise which games you focused on while your account was active - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?
  • Have you received any explanation from the casino regarding the blocked account?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina
