Hello, I have been gambling on this casino for over 2 years now, having a proper gambling addiction and depositing every penny I can every time I get a hold of crypto, I have deposited many times due to my gambling addiction and tried casino games, sports betting and everything im a Gold VIP, I have gambled way more than 5000 and deposited however I would like at least that amount refunded as I am an underage gambler , and I strongly feel like they should have a strong KYC in place to prevent people from gambling and make their lifes more depressing, I know I am only 16 years old, however I gambled alot of money and it saddens me as I literally do not have a penny or anything I could spend on myself or even sold my PC last year to gamble it away in hopes of higher yields of reward purely cause of Stakes terrible KYC procedures, I felt like by now considering I am a gold vip not that far away from platinum I should have been KYC'ed by now, however I havent, and I should have a decent reimbursement of the funds deposited in crypto at least. Thanks. However, if you do contact me please don't use the one that I have listed on the private information tab, I have lost the access to that email however I can still login as I have a phone 2fa and can deposit and withdraw. Thanks.

I cannot quite remember, considering it was 2 years ago or 3 when I created my account, however if I were to do one itd just any random one to be over 18, but despite that I still do not agree that I am gold VIP wagered over 300k$ in bets and I have not been KYC'ed yet, as young gambling addiction is pretty bad, and should be stronger security against underage people and it shouldn't be only off some simple DoB registration that you can easily fake

I agree that it would be ideal if a player is verified right at the beginning when opening an account. However, this is not a standard procedure yet. Could you please advise if you submitted any personal documents for the KYC verification or if you informed the casino at least once during these two years that you have a gambling problem?
