My problem is I'm trying to talk in the chat on the live games for Evolution Gaming but it's saying "System: Please place a bet to take advantage of the chat facility." I place the bet and this message continues to stick. I have no way to talk in the chat, I've bet far more than the amount sometimes $5-$10 bets but nothing seems to work. I've tried contacting my Casino(Stake) and Evolution live support but after 6+ hours of trying to figure it out.. nothing has come from it. I've tried swapping VPNS (5 different ones) it hasn't helped.. I've tried using other computers it also hasn't helped.. This started about a week ago and i'm currently waiting for my ticket from both Stake and Evo go to through but man... I'm completely stumped on how to fix this.

Although I understand your frustration, we cannot penalize the casino for this, nor there is anything we could do to help here. There is most likely a technical issue from the game provider's side and since you have already contacted them, I would suggest that you wait for their assistance. Hopefully, they will be able to fix the problem soon.
