The player from South Africa submitted documents for verification and decided to play in practice mode in the meantime. He was receiving practice money, but then he played with his own money by mistake.

I won't R1300 and the max payout was R1500 so I said no point playing more if reached the limit and irrespective of what I do I have reached the max payout. So I submitted docs for verification and was told to wait as the process needs to run its course. In the mean time I can play on the Practise mode and expetiance and test games I never play... No money involved its play purposes only... So I started playing tables and the slots and it was great because every new game you receive R1000 dummy test money... But for some or other reason during the Practise session the system moved to my real money without informing or warning me..... So when I saw it I though it can't be difficult to justify and correct as logically I could not gain anything and looking at the history they can see I'm in Practise mode and then also why would you play own money if you reached your max.... They told me I need to be more cautious and it's my mistake.... The supervisor Charlene had the people skills of a rubber oor mat as they just could not see hoe reddiculous and unfair this was as I still waiting for them to verify my account... I even took screen shots where I was assure its savebut like I told them it's not the a out R1300 you play out in 20min....its the princepal and the way it was done.... Guys Springbok unfortunately runs on SA morals..... Bad service, don't care attitude, any excuse not to pay and helping a customer is just to much effort.... Don't waste your time there are far beter sites to choose from.

Hi Kristina.

Not everything but just about... I think I was left with R3,25. I did send you a mail to your email address with all the comminications and proof. I just saw my original post and I must just apologize about the spelling and grammar... My phone is set to Afrikaans Auto correct so that is why it looks like a 2 year old wrote that complaint. The fact that I has fuming with anger also did not help the cause. I can fix it if you want. 🙈

Jacques, I am not sure we will be able to help you with this one, because you lost almost all of your winnings. But it seems that it was unintentional, so we can at least try, however we cannot guarantee you a positive outcome.

Dear Jacques,


The player never played in the fun mode and never played table games, as he mentioned before.


While playing with the free bonus, the coupon reversal occurred, and the balance was R1500 (Max cash out), R200 was played, and during the next day, a few bets of R125, were placed in the Storm Lords game.


While playing the free bonus wagering requirements, the player broke the max bet rule 84 times, therefore, the winnings would have been denied.


The max bet rule is R100 and, while playing with the free bonus, you must place bets lower than R100.


We hope we have explained everything and, if you need further details, we will be happy to provide them.

Guys I'm not interested anymore, I started playing Casinos that you guys recommended and it's a treat to actually play with honest and fair company's.... I will never play Springbok again, irrespective of if you guys rate them down or not I spoke my mind, people can now make up their own decision... It's funny that the reply actually proves my point that I was not aware im in Practise mode... They actually took the time to count every time the bet was over the max??? Precisely....... who will play like that with their own money, only someone that is under the impression they are playing for fun/practice. When I read the reply I could not help but laugh at the desperate attempt by someone in a position that needs to look after the company's affairs.... He wasted his own time counting the faults and talking allot of words but saying nothing... Yes fool off course I broke the max rule T&C as I was playing for fun... It would have been a better response if they just kept quite.... I will urge people to use your recommended list before wasting time with greedy unfair company's like Springbok.... I have moved on I don't care what they reply.... It's all lies and you will see it won't stop they will keep on doing it and I expect it from them. #nomorespringbokfor me. Guys thanks for your help, thank you for listening to my story.... I don't expect anything more... You guys have done more than enough.... Springbok your greed will be your down fall.
