This casino is a scam no fair gaming no decent bonusses no decent payouts the casino just take your money. On Friday29 April i was supposed to receive 850 zar. The message was in my inbox the whole week and on friday it was gone. I ask them where it is and they said i do not qualify the advert states deposit between monday and friday 250 zar or more and i will qualify. This is unexceptable as i played 1300 zar. This casino has a bad reputation in south africa and should be removed and people warned. This casino is a scam and defnitely not south africa nr 1 casino. They make it very difficult for people to bave a fair chance. I will take all my time in warning south africans of this springbok casino.

This is a weekly bonus that you receive on a Friday. Any deposits between Monday to Friday more than 250 zar deposits qualify for this 850 zar. But it seems according to the casino only some people qualify but they dont mention it when you deposit. I normally receive the bonus code in my casino inbox it was there last week en then on Friday it was gone I had to search for the code on the springbok casino free bonus site. It seems lije if you play regularly they dont give you attractive offers to gamble as you are a regular. I feel it is false advertisement to tell people you are the nr 1 Casino in South Africa but dont exercise what you advertise. I should have only paid 250 zar for the week and waited till friday for a 850 zar bonus but still gambled invested 1300 zar for the week. Regards Gerhard

Thank you for the forward screenshot. Please understand that if you have claimed any other free bonus beforehand or didn't place a real money deposit you wouldn't qualify for the offer. Furthermore, casinos are not obligated to reward their players with promotional offers and bonus privileges can be revoked at any time.

We as players dont stand a chance against online casinos. Lucily i can choose where i want to play and sorry their loss. I will rather spend my money on registered sa casinos from now on lesson learned thank you
