I've also checked the casino terms and found these rules:

"It can take up to up to seven (7) business days to process the request depending on chosen payment method."


They also claim that:

"The Company is entitled to refuse withdrawals via payment systems and offer a bank transfer as a substitute."


I believe that the crypto payments are the fastest and safest way to withdraw but there have always been players which refused to get paid out by it. I'm sure that once you can verify a bank account they will happily offer you to process the withdrawal by it.
