The player from Germany has been trying to close his account. He decided he was no longer interested in playing at this casino. Since his reason for account closure wasn't valid enough for us to involve the casino in this situation, we decided to reject this complaint.

Casino z are refusing to close my account. It's been five days and after i contacted live support every day, send them countless emails at block@casino-z.com they are still refusing to close my account. The reason behind my account closure is that they are the same casino as 888starz only operating under different company names. This is a serious red flag for me and i don't want to play there. i just opened the account, thank god, never deposited any money but now it's been almost a week and they are refusing to close my account. Talking with the chat is like talking to a broken robot and the only answer i got from their email was:


Dear Customer,

Please fill in all the mandatory fields in the Personal Profile section as completely and accurately as possible.

Dear maxhtec,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen the account anytime, the casino has no obligation to the player, and they can still try to persuade players to stay and continue playing.

If you’ve requested a simple account closure due to being dissatisfied with the services, and their only condition in order to close your account is to fill in your profile, I would recommend that you do so as soon as possible.

However, even if the casino didn't close your account, we wouldn't consider it to be a serious issue, since the reason for it, is not strong enough to proceed with this case and contact the casino. Moreover, I don't see any connection between the two casinos you mentioned. Thank you very much for understanding.

I mean look at the answer they gave me. Stating absolutely nothing and still refusing to close my account. if it's that simple to close an account down why am i struggling for a week and getting cheap excuses back as an answer. No you can not persuade a player to keep playing on your casino if the player doesn't want to. This comes in conflict with my own personal rights which you are denying, so i request once again of my immediate account closure.

I am sorry, but we cannot ask casinos to get involved in resolving complaints like this one. We are not in a position to force them to close players' accounts without a valid reason, especially when you decided to ignore the casino's instructions.
