Closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen the account anytime, the casino has no obligation to the player, and they can still try to persuade players to stay and continue playing.
If you’ve requested a simple account closure due to being dissatisfied with the services, and their only condition in order to close your account is to fill in your profile, I would recommend that you do so as soon as possible.
However, even if the casino didn't close your account, we wouldn't consider it to be a serious issue, since the reason for it, is not strong enough to proceed with this case and contact the casino. Moreover, I don't see any connection between the two casinos you mentioned. Thank you very much for understanding.
