They refused to close my account in fact I asked many time in live chat. They didn’t give me bonus for some of my deposits as advertised. They kept sending me bonus ads and I deposit so they want to keep playing and ignoring my account closure request. And I deposited many times I would like to have refund and lose my account. Live chat won’t help and take hours to respond. Slots at their casino lags when I made money.
