The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings haven’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Had a withdrawal off 3446 XRP spinago has a 1000 limit per withdrawal I received 2446 I was given all the TxID for payments found the missing one and with biance did fund’s recovery and they will only return it to payees wallet have the details from biance given these to spinago and they are refusing to look into further unless I can get a screenshot from binace support saying they sent the funds back but binace support is fully automated and it’s not possible to get that for them (in attached there is the email response the other transactions where completed and there just requiring the payment that was refunded it’s the top TxID that you can cross check against the binace one) the refund TxID can also be searched on the blockchain confirming it was refunded

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

this was 1 out of 4 payments its fully accepted and paid out to me on the site it was in crypto XRP so funds from the other 3 were received same day as cashed out that's why i have all the TxID with binace auto recovery said the tag was incorrect that's why it never made it to me and i had to refund it


spinago know whats happened i spoke to support and they wont move forward with checking until binace support willtell me in help the money was refunded but binace support is fully automated i sent them screen shots and they wont accept them

Spinago support keep emailing me the same thing this is the message from them below the screenshots are from binace support there is nothing else i can get i have sent the binace email and screenshots at least a half a dozen times im at my witts end


We are kindly asking you to contact Binance support and ask them whether the funds with these hash links were refunded. Please, provide us the official answer (not the screenshot you have uploaded earlier) from the support regarding all three (!) transactions.
