Trouble adding bonus,and havent been able to contact them for over a week. Tried emailing,live chat and messages.A deposit was made the promo didnt load and this casino is impossoble to contact.Seven emails sent regarding my name which has been loaded incorrectly as well as the deposit issue.

Hi,yes I have deposited here before using both credit card and paysafe cards at various times.Everything was fine until I made the 3rd or 4th deposit bonus I then tried contact and have had no answer.Just now Ive had another 15 minutes wairing with a bot to again not get answered.Im also trying to fic up a mistake on my login and get verified but have had no reply back at all.

We are really sorry that you faced some issues on our website.

Could you clarify, please, what kind of bonuses you wanted to get, but didn't receive? On May 15th, you made a request for a first deposit bonus via the live-chat, even uploaded a screenshot with that bonus offer. The point is that your first deposit was made on May 12, 2021 17:35:40 UTC.

You didn't receive your bonus automatically, as the auto-issuance function was turned off. Unfortunately, you contacted us via the live-chat after some more deposits were made and the funds on the balance were spent, therefore, the receipt of a bonus for already lost money was refused.

You were credited as a compensation 100% with a wager x40 of the sum of your first deposit, I hope this will make your experience a bit better.

As for your verification - the documents have been checked, a message has been sent to the mail with further instructions. Please upload the remaining documents and verification will be completed.
