Despite having passed the KYC verification and having made successful withdrawals in the past, the casino's customer service had not been able to resolve the issue. However, after contacting our Complaints Team, the player confirmed that he had received his funds. We have since marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

I have been playing on this platform for some time and recently i tried withdrawing my money… my withdrawals are successful but i have been waiting for over 3 weeks to get my money and every time i contact them they keep saying that they are trying to resolve the delay… such a big casino has issues with paying customers their money… they have the worst customer service they are like robots they all say the same thing over and over… very dissapointed and i regret playing on this platform all i want is my money.. i have also lost alot aswell

Hope you are well


Yes I did makes successful withdrawals previously


I have never waited more than 5 days before


Its been 3 weeks and all they say is the are trying to pay as soon as possible


I contact them through live chat and everyone gives me the same response like they are copying and pasting the response


My withdrawals are showing succesfull on my account normally when it says successfully I get my money within 5 working days


all my winnings are without the bonus



I sent them all of the documents and my account was fully verified


Please let me know if you need any other information from me
